Utopia

A dazzled kiss
A midnight tip
Into the night
I wonder
Aimlessly, with regret
Alone, with fear
But not until I lie

Utopia

Cursive peace
Felt velvet sheets
Satin aura
Between them
Slide
To me
I'm shivering
By your side

Utopia

A cold caress
Sweet, abrupt kiss
Distorted fabric
Muffled by the wind
In the cold night air
On our balcony
Wild things
Still shivering
I don't need warmth
I just need you
You, my

Very well worded, I love poems that have a metaphoric trace within them, and not to mention on enjoy love/devotion poems a lot, even though my own writing tends to be darker, but very good poem, I like the title too =)

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
