Vampires Kiss

Vampires Kiss

Somethings draining me
draining me of my poetry.
Taking away my precious words
so that they cannot be heard..

A vampires kiss I recieved
I was honestly decieved.
Stealing away my own breath
bringing around my slow death.

Not a physical death you see
but a poetic birth decreased.
Inhaling my talent from me
taking it unto thee.

Something vampiric is drainging me
taking words of poetry.
Trying to suck me dry
tears of blood I now do cry.

Well a writer's block now has been solved! lol. Really I loved the creative way you use the vampire and how the victim fears it's loss. ginga

very nice and very interesting.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
