Vision

Vision

Shanice Marie 5/25/10

I had a vision of makeup and breakups

Before they would end

And Once

My end came to a ending

It was always maybe next time

A breakup

Planned to forgive the last man

And move on to a good man

But this love I had with him

Is different

Cause every second

Thought of him cross my mind

Gifts like its Christmas

And love for him like he’s part of my worship

Yet, I can’t seem to accept

That him and I are threw the fuck up

And he don’t love me like he use to

This vision has suddenly became

Blurring

Unrecognized to my understanding

I want to cry

I’m going to cry

Because this right is my pride

Just to heal my pain

I see the tears as a symbol

To the rest of the love I saved up for him

Mirror, Mirror

On the wall

Why this was loved the hardest of them all?

Prince Charming didn’t see a fairy tale

With a happily ever so after

So, unfortunately my vision

Has come back to reality

No story can be written

But there’s always a good love song

To fill in

Al l the missing

Harmonies

Tune up that heart

With a connection to something

That has already been written

Visions are beyond what the eye can see

How should I take this statement?

But, I didn’t see this coming toward me

I would have turned

Around and walked 365 days ago

Just to avoid this very vision.
