Vision

I saw your eyes in my dreams
I felt your love before you knew me
We were meant to be together
In a life forever free.

In my dream you were an angel
Flying over the bluest sky
I could see heaven far above you
And you began to cry

There was light upon your shoulder
And a power oh so strong
Then you smiled and I was taken
To a place where we belong

Rainbows flowed like mighty rivers
Into an ocean with waves so bold
And then the fish swam in the water
And they did not grow old

Then I awoke to the sunlight
and the sound of rustling trees
Went out to greet the morning
And feel the early breeze.
