     Vows

    etched with truth
    sealed by submission
    posted in blood

    composed of moonlight
    tangled in twilight
    painted on the sky

    exposed to the stars
    splashed across the sea
    drawn on our hearts

    tried against the current
    written in the sand
    freed in tandem flight
