    • I've been gone for quit some time but I'm back and ready to write more poetry.

    Waiting For TheFall

      I see you in your room,
    the tears are flowing
    so much pain
    one more person to walk away,
    who could ever leave such
    a perfect little girl?

    I watch a you grow
    no matter who they are
    they all seem to just go,
    I always wonder if your just.......
    waiting for the fall

    I've learned over the years
    that it doesnt matter how strong you are
    everyone has their breaking point
    you are the bravest little girl i know
    i watch i wait and i know,
    waiting for the fall.

    Everyone you love has walked away
    even me at onetime
    let me make my promis now
    never again will i go
    i will always be here
    waiting to catch you when
    your finally ready to let go
    of the past
    waiting for the fall.

    It sound like you are writing to your daughter. It is hard to be mother, but you sound like you do your best. She is a beautiful girl with quite the talent. Very sweet poem.
