    WALKING BY
    walking by every house
    on my way to no where
    i look around
    and see happy families
    thinking to myself
    why cant that be me
    walking by all these strangers
    wondering if one of them is you
    never knowing if i'll ever
    get to know you again
    everywhere i go
    i'm walking by a memory
    always aware of what
    i've lost back then
    strangers walking by
    looking on with pity
    never asking why
    i just keep walking by
