WATCHIN’ “THE” NEWS
I caught myself staring at rhetoric from the TV blaring.
Apparently breaking news was coming thru to a TV near you,
It was a Big Mac alert, from McDonald’s Selling two burgers
for only $3 dollars! The reaction was immediate, like a knee jerk,
or receiving an immediate shock from electrical current.
The news was all the rage, from the talk shows to newscasts,
everybody interviewed was going out to purchase Two for Three.
Isn’t it crazy, that our most treasured form of current communication
Is known as TeL-Lie Vision, but I admit to not being able to live without
listening to what TV be sayin’, like looking at the screen to determine
when Spring is? Instead of looking out the window and using GOD
given senses to know what the environment is displayin’.
How many have noticed the new type of sky writin’ , where the words being spelled are not easily defined, appearing as lines crossed over lines, spewing toxic chemicals on our children. But this emergency has
never been televised cuz Al Gore never publicized, don’t ask me why,
all I know is the sky stays gray and that has me feeling blue.
This is the state we live in, and its called trainin’, the exercise
surprisingly is a stimulus from our eyes, that keeps our minds hypnotized. But how can we break free, from this cerebral conspiracy.
We need to act, cuz after all that burger isn’t always gonna cost
just three. Tomorrow it will be four, and that is the least of cost
that is in store.
Programming is increasing, as the news and surveys, insist we keep
funding for policing, at levels that remain high, because criminals don’t
rehabilitate they just multiply, so the masses stay high off drugs that
the FDA has ordained but don’t try to sue, if you didn’t catch the fine print, warning about your health, don’t you know the War on Drugs
still rages on?
Is it any wonder that nowadays news is 24/7, but the info is still
recycled from yesterday’s views, oh you must of slept, the Big Mac ain’t
on sale no more, due to a mad cow its now just one for three after four. What you been watchin’, everybody is a star by all of them surveillance cameras surveyin’. So I hope you obeying, or at least payin’ close attention to what the latest news alert is saying, because I would hate for it to be too late to view what the news done said about you.... WATCH "THE" NEWS!
