    This is a new version of an old poem I had published here, but it had been rewritten and it is longer and I imagine, better. Hope you like it !

    We are the poem

     

    We are a poem
    Written together
    With our love
    With our life

    You are the muse
    I am the poet
    You are the rhythm
    I am the rhyme

    We are a poem
    Written together
    With our words
    With our wishes

    You are the pixie
    I am the watcher
    You are the skin
    I am the fingers

    We are a poem
    Written together
    With our kisses
    With our hugs

    You are the word
    I am the writing
    You are the paper
    I am the pencil

    We are a poem
    Written together
    With our soul
    With our mind

    You are the sun
    I am the earth
    You are the woman
    I am the man

    We are the poem
    Written together
    For our true love
    For our real life
