We Are Three
Our time short but rather lovely
For our memories will live on
Your eyes are the sweetest
Your grin is so innocent
You are the love never forgotten
And to wonder what if No one had come
between us
So lonesome was I, for comfort was hard to find
For everytime we meet some one always in between
Would our love still hold true if there were no middle
We may never know the years have flown, but our memeories are vivid
Could our love be strong enough to face such time
It has been sweet to you and for me it has taken its toll
My heart still beats the same after all these years as you can see, but this could never be cause we are still three.
