    Poem Commentary

    A new friend of mine told me that it is hard for her to trust, and that to be given her trust requires a great deal time... So I began to think about what I know of her life and as to what might make her so cautious; then I sincerely realized how precious - important - and delicate trust is!?

    Weathering The Winds of Trust
    Trust is like the wind; you can't hold it in your hands or wrap your 
    arms around it.

    It has the power to move you, or as a gentle breeze it can comfort you.

    Take it too lightly and it could harm your total being, pinning you 
    down to the point that you may never recover from its fury.

    With time, one can learn the difference between when a storm is near 
    and when the air about is so calming that you would trust your life 
    resting in its caressing ways.

    Trust should never be conditional, solely emotional, or be given freely.

    At times relationships and friendships will be tested through strong 
    gusts and blustery days - but true trust will weather anything that 
    life blows your way!!!

    Trust.... Tough....... I trust God and in His way.... The soft suddleness He brings in the breeze is the best when I pay attention and let myself be blessed........ This write floated like a gental breeze..... red

    Trust controls every single relationship we may have and when lost its very hard to believe in that person again. Trust is something that with time it has been disappearing. At this point of time is very hard to trust just anyone.... I love how you played with this word and express everything with finesse

    I think you have a great truth to expound upon, and it is well said. Many of the greatest virtues are not easily called upon or dispensed at will. And without wisdom to bring order to these immaterial relational foundations, there can still be confusion and ambiguous feelings (which can be its own storm).
