    what if

     what if I told you all my secrets?
    what if I held nothing back?
    would you look at me the same?
    would you hate me?
    would you still love me?

    what if I told you I loved you?
    what if I told you I trusted you?
    would you run away?
    would you say I shouldn't?
    would you tell me you love me too?

    what if I never met you?
    what if I said no to you?
    would you be sad?
    would you wish we never met?
    would you be glad we did?

    what if I told you to go away?
    what if I told you I hated you?
    would you leave?
    would you stay?
    would you know i was lying?

    what if I died tonight?
    what if I decided to take my life?
    would you care?
    would you cry?
    would you show up at my funeral?

    what if I didn't exist?
