    there is a time to take a breather when you have to exhale slowly because of life pressing with demands and commands upon us all. refreshing comes when one can look inside self for reflections.

    what is on the inside

     i am renewed daily
    new mercies and grace abounds
    i am kept in the renewing of my mind
    the inner man shouting of the
    happiness between the wisdom of the spirit within
    keeping me as i am in the shadow of the wings of protection
    sing songs praise the one who is the keeperof my soul
    he who sits high
    he who looks low
    what is on the inside cannot help but show
    illuminating all that is within me
    protection in my going and coming
    knowing what is on the inside
    is all that I need
