    What is this?

    Eyes of curiosity gazing, standing back in complete admiration.
    Listening as no listener has ever heard before.
    Understanding pieces scatter and glue themselves back together.
    Don’t need to touch just feel;
    Don’t need to talk just tell.
    Worries subside, affliction apart
    Lies no more the Soul’s start.

    i would agree with thepoet717. i think it's the description of the cross, but is that the answer?

    Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
