    Where Do We Go From Here?

    I’m not sure

                                    how to

    exactly begin to

                    start to figure

                                    out how to

    say                         tell

                    It’s like

    –

                    Sigh.

                                                                                    (Pause.)

    Where to begin?

                                                    Why, at the beginning, dear.

                    What if I don’t know where the beginning is exactly?

                                                                                                                                    Just try.

     

    What I mean to say is

                                                    It’s like

                    Just go with me here, okay?

                                    This is a stab in the dark, but

                    I’m just

                                                    guessing

     

    What’s the matter? Cat got your tongue?

     

                                    I could be

                                                                    wrong,

                                                    but

                                                                    I feel

                                    there’s something

                                                                    just not quite

                                                                                                    right

     

    Don’t look at me like that.

                                                                                    I’m trying

                                    It’s just

                                                                    hard to

    explain,                                to

    find the right words.                      

                    It makes sense in my head,

                                                                    I promise.

     

                                    Breathe.

     

    Are you still with me?

                    Do you

    follow?

    get it?

    understand?

     

                    I know I’m not making much sense,

                                                    but I’m telling you

                                    Something          is             wrong

                                                    getting worse every day

                    I feel like

                                                    I don’t

                                                                    something's not

                                    quite                                     right

                                                                    doesn’t belong here

                                                    not anymore

     

    What now?
