    Windchimes

    A soft gentle breeze

    traveling unseen.

    One hollow bar

    hits against another

    and another bangs against

    a small round disc.

    A beautiful

    melody

    begins to travel

    the air waves

    and I am blessed with

    its wonderful song

    Hard to believe

    that this alone

    can bring about the

    melodious tune

    that travels

    across my porch.

    .

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
