    Wrong or Right

If right was wrong and wrong was right
Then day would be night and you would be mine
To cherish forever; inseparable and always together
But right is right and wrong is wrong
However wrong feels right when your feelings are so strong
So is it wrong for me to hold on
Or is it right for me to carry on
Although I know in my heart what's right
And realize the situation is wrong but yet I fight
For your eyes which shine like stars in the night
For your smile that shines like the sun so bright
And for your honey that taste so sweet
Which breaks me down and makes me weak
Till I cant stand and I fall to my knees
    Begging the Lord please
Make this wrong, right for me
But He says my child it can’t be
So open your eyes so you can see
And awaken to recognize that it was all dreams
Now wrong no longer seems right to me
Wrong is just where I want to be
Making right not appear so right to me
Thus back and forth I go
Because the confusion continues to grow
    Now my mind wonders
And my heart’s beat resembles thunder
Damn my soul can’t obtain it any longer
    Therefore I right my wrong
And I can’t help but feel wrong for moving on.

This was a dope piece!!! Keep it coming I am feeding off the inspiration

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
