    You and I

    we are a brief, epic tale
    of loss, love and betrayal
    hardheaded eggshell feelings
    you crack at the sight of me
    smiling as if you might suddenly
    agree accidentally
    quick witted lover's under pretenses
    we are only our defenses
    uncontrollable in our anger
    you laugh at me
    I think you're demented
    footnotes to pages never written
    I am impossible and so are you
    misread and deluded
    sick without a clue
    and there is nothing left
    to throw at you
    hold my hand for mercy
    there is nothing we can do

    Love can fill the heart with much intended life spreading your heart far and wide, leaving you hungry with lust and unimaginable desires. Searching for true love is a division of inquiries on an infinite path of ever seeking eyes. Your poetry is like a tear that stains a golden canvas. I feel your words in waves of passion and they are drowning me in raging waters of awareness. What else can I say, I'm wordless, LOL, BDC

    This one confused me - Still loved it - but left me feeling like I missed part of the story. Maybe that was what you intended? Is there a part 2 in the making? :)

    Im lost for words i dont really know what to say about this poem. I feel the emotions that are coming through this poem as I read it and I feel happy, loss and sad. Good job cause not many ppl can gain my emotions when I read their work but u have with this one. keep writing
