    Zeal

     I have enthusiasm
    A certain spark, you see
    You can say I'm manic, but
    I'm simply being me

    I tend to feel excitement
    And sense it in the air
    There's a certain zeal I feel
    I know its everywhere

    Like an itch I need to scratch
    There's something I must do
    I've been eager to confess
    How much I do love you

    Thoughts of love are about you
    When you are by my side
    All this passion that is mine
    Is difficult to hide

    I was once a man who lost
    A reason to exist
    But the joy you gave to me
    Became my catalyst

    Like gasoline to a fire
    You set my love ablaze
    Something to look forward to
    Inspired me for days

    I love you with all my heart
    A fervent love I feel
    You can say I'm manic, but
    It's actually zeal
