rating system

where a poets can rate a poem by comments,
another can rate it on same page,
when the other raters agree with the poet with most rating ,
feature that poet on that writing page or blog ,
with the rest except place at the top,,wizthom
writer blog or peom
feature comment
1 comment points giving 3
2comments points giving i
3comments points giving 5,
so forth
