F*ck

Hey guys, I am brand spanking new to the poetry world. I have written only two poems and would like to submit them places. For now, I would like some feedback on one called F*ck.


My favorite fucking word in the fucking world is fuck
The F that you can bite your lip with
The crisp K at the end
The gut-punching U in the middle
I fucking love it

I fucking love its versatility
Fuck is excitement
Fuck is anger
Fuck is amazement
Fuck is anything you fucking want it to be

Other words are great
Shit is good for frustration
Bitch can bite like a bitch
And sometimes you just need to throw a goddamn in there
But Fuck, that’s just the best fucking one

Nobody else seems to like fuck as much as I do
“It unprofessional”
That’s fair
“It’s rude”
Certainly can be
“Cursing isn’t attractive”
Fuck you

My job isn’t to make you fucking happy
My job is to use words
To get my point across
To Entertain
To have fun
And fuck is just the best fucking word
And if you don’t like that
Fuck you
