Read Counts

Since you have counters on this page regarding number of views and replys -
is there a way to add counters to individual poem pages to let poets know
how many times their work has been read ??

Re: Read Counts

Since some people rate but don't comment, I think this should be a high priority change.

Re: Read Counts

If you do not leave a comment,
then your rating is blocked.

This would be perfect etiquette.

This is a simple program change,
get on it quickly, or should I come to
you and do it for you? Can you afford me?

And/Or a count of how many comments so you don't have to go into the post to check.

Re: Read Counts

I agree. I can't tell how many people have rated my poems.

If I have a zero, does it mean my poem stinks, or that no one rated it? Just and example. I have some with actual ratings but can't tell if the ratings are from the single person who commented, or if others rated, too.

Re: Read Counts

We need to have counts. It really speaks volumes when you think about it. If I have poems
posted and 40 people have at least taken the time to view it, that is a perk. Lets get this site on a more professional level. We have some excellent poets. I also agree - no comment - no feathering.

Hello all!

We are currently working on features that imply to what you folks are taking about. We hope to have them done soon. grin

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
