    ?

it's so much easier to fall out of love than into it.
    so what's everyone's fucking problem??
    it's difficult NOT to change,
so how does stagnicity exist and survive?
    my heart consists of nothing
    but a huge black hole
sucking into it everything within its perception.
everything because it knows no depth.

what is this energy, this power to whom we owe gratitude?
or should i say to WHAT do we owe gratitude?
it seems so blasphemus but feels so natural.
    natural.
like the chemicals that pump thru my brain
    with or without the drugs.
    natural.
    like the tendency to swerve
    involuntarily
    away from animals
    as they turn to prey
scurrying across the avenues of their death.
    natural
    like tears, pure and true,
    beckoned from heavy hearts
    and weary souls.
    natural.
    like evolution
    before Darwin existed
    and after Darwin's death.

    The cycle of life
    sits
    like the cycle of death.
just waiting for one to finish
so the other one can finally begin.
    Intelligently constructed,
our brains will not allow the thirst for knowledge
    to be quenched.

    our souls can never fill.
    after our feet have blistered
    we still can walk.
    when our throats are sore
    we still can talk.
    once the body dies
    does life live on?
our grave is a recycling bin
    waiting to fill up
