    A Life

Karma is a word that lingers in a broken mind. We know that our ailments return to us all in an unforgiving manner we can’t recall. “What did I do?” They seem not to know that I can not help this pain and that an ailment of the mind is what keeps me insane. I can plead my case to the judge but a misunderstood mind is guilty because; lack of evidence to the court, lack of control of a wild soul. This is the way things go, a predestined life from the get-go. But I will try to control my fate like many even though they say, “Life isn’t fair”. I believe it is fair, truly is with all my heart. The pain I feel today is justified by the joy of another day. I’m just here for the ride. I was thrown into this body with this aching arm, these cavities, headaches so that I can experience a true life. The experience is what it’s all about. I wonder what’s next.
