A Shooting Star

A Shooting Star

Life. An endless circle of smile and tears.
Dream. For a miracle when he isn't here.
Think. I'm the lucky one in the crowd.
Know. What these incessant circles make out-

The shape of hearts rushing through my veins,
Common sense disappears just like the rain,
When you're in love, its not the same.

Lose. Myself and my mind.
Win. My heart and he wins mine.
Try. Open my eyes and race through time.
Love. This love that gave me life.

He made me breathe when the wind abandoned me,
Took control when the world put me on hold,
When you find love, you can't let it go.

Catch. A shooting star and wish he's close,
Release. Cruel memories and hope for the most.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
