Against Animal Testing
Heartless hands reach for me.Trapped in a tiny cage with a lock and no key.
They drag me out against my strife.
Knowing full well they could end my life.
I’m taken into a room that is dark.
One that has left many marks.
They give me a deleterious dose.
It hurts so much, this is it, I suppose.
I guess it’s my life’s end.
All in truth, it’s a godsend.
