    BLACK ROSE

Black is the rose that has yet to bloom
The need for light to open its petals
Greater is the need for water within
    Showering the soil with hope
Its longing for the careful tending
    Buds are ever plentiful
    Thorns are always present
    Go ahead take the chance
    Reach out into the temptation
    Pick the flower so beautiful
Its petals soon crumble to the touch
Left now are only scars on loving hands
The beauty of a rose is untouchable

The symbolism in this is magnificent. The beauty of a woman is very very delicate, soft to the touch, and ever so tender and precious, with the ever present thorns if ever scorned. I feel you very much in this great write. its a 10 from me. feel free to come by and check out some of my work as well Peace BLAS
