Books Are Always Better Than the Reality

Books are the best kind of escape.
They allow you to take a sabatical from the reality that frightens us.
The mood of the author easily illuminates the reader
and the latter feels the stress of a main character's fuss.

Movies are dandy, but they never live up to expectations.
Movies made from books are even worse so.
I can never read enough literature,
as far as fictional stories go...

Stories can have twists and turns,
but it's easy to overdo it.
Too many can cause a 'soap opera' effect,
which doesn't provide a enjoyable fit.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
