Books

Books,

musty and perfect, get lost while you can.
Hear who can read with reverence like a saint,
yet make the words weave a spell 'round the listener.
Words have a power, each to their own interpretation.
Read, and visit places not of this world.

Very true, very true. I like the description of the power of words.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who feels that way. =)

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
