     Faithfulness
            filling his assignment of those under his care.
    Availability
             to God in the fullness of his ability to share.
    Tactfulness
            for he is a diamond cut in the rough.
    Humorous
            when situation causes times to be tough.
    Edification
             of his off springs in a disciplinary mode.
    Readiness
             prepared to carry the heavy load.
    Stand
            not to take down, but know with God's lead he 
            will abound.
