    Checkmate: King to God

Woven a tale of raven Alice Lass
Who fell to woe and harm’s pass
    Wonderland became her hellish reality
Wooden turntable in dreams now to pass

    Opening four doors
    Observe four knighted men
Outcasted each something their own to mend
Offers given of her healing gift

    Restore once their powers so
Requested by her a favored mate
Royal guard of greater hidden power dwells
Rightly given to the heart true love holds

Knight of Plague and wild Fire
Knight of Death and grounded Earth
Knight of Famine and clever Air
Knight of War and truthful Water

The knight chosen a dear old friend
Only met in late night dreams
A knight, a prince, a king to be
Of a goddess unto him, to make a god…
