I'm awake again, so hard to sleep when I feel like this.
I see your face in my head, remembering every detail instead.
I think of things from years ago, stories I know, scenes I will never forget.
You were so good to me, loved me so much, gave me everything I needed to grow up.
I never thought it could hurt so much, to miss someone like this.
If I could turn back the clock and tell you how I feel, spend more time, this can't be real.
I feel your presence all the time, hoping you're there watching over us, helping us move forward , knowing how much we love you and miss you. I know you have a beautiful soul, I hope to see it again one day.
