    deliverer of death

i used to be known as the deliverer of death
but now i am spiriling down into the pit of despair
    no one can save me
no one has ever been able to save me
all i have ever seen is darkness
and it gets thicker and thicker
as i wonder if anyone will ever notice me and save me

It never fails to amaze how callous and cruel people can be, slicing with their words and crippling with their gestures and taunts; blind to the adverse effects such venomous weapons have on others. If you can find for yourself someone who is willing to listen and understand you, then you will have already won, I promise.

I know where you're heading, I've been there. I'm going to try like hell to save you, honey. I'll try like hell to help you see the light and pull you out of the darkness. I mean it.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
