Eternity of love
I wake up in tears
holding your pillow tight
Knowing its not the same
As i dream of you
my soul is at peace
wishing my dreams could be a reality
taking steps to move on
but every step feels wrong
the memories that never leave
make me smile
and make me cry
but with all the happiness
that you gave me
there is no time for regret
but the one regret I have
Is losing my soulmate
the other half of my heart
So the one wish i could wish for
is you by my side
You have taken your toll on me
and now that your done you leave
but my love for you i can not be broken
so i will wait
until the end of my life
for you are the moon
that shines on the darkness
that surround me
when you are not around
So to have that feeling of love
once more is worth waiting eternity
and more
