    evolve

    Under the dust of ages

    Lies forgotten books of sages

That tells truths no one wants to know

    A time that’s now forgotten

By this world that’s spoiled and rotting

Blind to what the ancients show

Seeing no wisdom in the past

To the wayside it is cast

    So the knowledge remains unseen

    But history does repeat

There is no truth that you can cheat

Even if on lies you have been weaned

No matter what your leaders tell you

No matter how your priest compels you

With their lies that’s twisted god and man

Don’t hand your life to popes or science

Or stand with them in their defiance

Seek the truth by your own hand

Only then can you evolve from man
