    Fading light

     A dream
    Just an illusion
    Too blissful to be real
    My eyes fooled
    Forever
    In shadows
    The ideals
    Sanity and hope
    I despirately cling to
    Fade away
    Like a grain of sand
    In a breeze of uncertainty
    The void of nonexistance
    Scorches my very fingers
    Tears of a dreamer
    Flow like rain
    Yet
    Fall on frozen earth
    Barely a stir
    Soon forgotten
