Final Confession

So dramatic , democratic,
emotions geared toward hyperfrantic.
Yet for all this subtle grace
something hides beneath your face.
There is a secret to be flaunted,
just can't put the finger on it.
Brightened eyes that look away,
Guilty weight your words convey.
Palms of sweat and breathing slight,
you wish to hide and end this plight.
But live today and on and on ,
until the shame is finally gone.
You may even soon forget,
until you ponder lifes regrets.
Then lay upon a bed of steel ,
and tell the world what you concealed.
As skin grows pale and lips turn blue,
Those who heard already knew......
