    Final Good-bye

I will always remember you as my favorite aunt.
    My loving, caring, understanding aunt.
The memoirs of you will live on in each and every one of us.
Soon the gates to paradise will open for you.
All the pain you’ve been through will melt away as you walk through the gates.
It’s sad to see you leave but in our hearts you will live on.
Losing you is like losing a precious jewel to the sea.
We’re all meant to die, but just remember all the good times you had, all the people that you met, the love you found, and the happiness in your life.
I once heard someone say ‘We only get to live once,’ but I know we’ll see each other again someday, maybe in another life.
Before I say good-bye for one final time I want you to know I Love You!
You will always have a special place in my heart.
With this good-bye goes a promise.
A promise to remember you forever.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
