Forget you memorised the way he walked
forget the way he used to talk
Forget his gentle teasing way
forget you saw him in a different way.
Forget the times when he walked by
forget the time he made you cry
Forget the way he held your hand
forget your sweetest if you can
Forget that once a friend
remember now it had to end
Forget the talks you once had
forget the thoughts its making you sad
Forget the time you said you'd wait
