    Forgiveness
    To me it is releasing the enter hurt. When someone hurt us it is not about us, it is about them. To hurt another is showing our own weakness, I have heard we only hurt the one we love, if this is so why can't we let go of that weakness and learn to forgive, I guess it doesn't come that easy. Forgiveness is letting go of the past on how someone treated us, or looking to the future for a clean start.
