Small Press Publishers and Literary Magazines?

Does anyone know of any good and trustworthy lit. magazines and publishers?

Savvy -

Be careful. There are many - if anyone asks for $ up front, beware.
You can get a list from the library. Also, Borders has a large section of
books on publishers. And it nevers hurts to check with BBB before sigining
anything. I never tried searching online. But always research happy clients.
