    My memories are vague and hazy
    The faces blurred, the colors bland
    Take me away, take me back home
    I can't make it out of here alone

    Come and help me fly tonight
    Help me fly home into the light
    Your wings can set us free
    From everything that keeps
    Our burning souls from soaring
    Please help me fly tonight

    Recite the lies so I'll believe them
    Or I may forget to breathe
    This silence tears my heart out
    These truths leave nothing left in me
    I'm climbing walls here with no light
    To me, nothing here is right

    I don't know who I am here
    I don't know what to believe
    Come save me from this nightmare
    I'd give anything to leave
    I'm so restless
    Let's fly away
    The journey just grows longer
    The more we wait

    I'm waiting here amongst the shadows
