Hold her tightly in your bosom little angel

She's more beautiful than the rising sun,
As soft as silk and lace.
    So innocent and so tiny,
    With an angelic little face.

She didn’t come to stay long,
Just to simply steal our hearts.
To give us some precious memories,
Then to heaven she would depart.

She had to go see mommy,
Who left the day she came.
And although we knew she loved us all,
It would never be the same.

So now's she's up in heaven,
In the bosom of mommies arms
    Where she can rest forever,
    And never fear any harm.

Hold her tightly in your bosom little angel,
And thanks for the moment we got to share.
She's a beauty and a splendor to behold,
Little angel your "little girl" will soon be there.
