    I am a poem

     I am a poem and just a poem,
    A verse or two or three,
    And if you read to seek advice, 
     Don't look too deep in me.  

    For I'm not here to preach to you
    There are no lessons taught
    I'm only here in black and white
    My wisdom's seldom sought  
      
    Take from me what you will  
    For Words are all I see.  
    Leave for me a to fill a page  
    The rest we'll let them be.  

    I am a poem and just a poem,
