    I am a writer

     I am a writer, unlike the lierary giants, untrained, unpolished
    just trying to find a voice, my voice.  Whose voice have I, you might ask, their voice, society. You know what they say, but you don't know who they are.  Who they are, you have never met them, yet, their voice speaks in my head, shouting out of my heart and soul.  How can I shed them, and find me. I am a writer, but are these my words, or theirs.

    Tell me grownwman how does one write a reflective thought because it brings in what kind of life you have experienced - so in saying that my dear lierary writer keep writing

    You just say what you feel, of course I don't know if saying what you feel qualifies as Poetry in the literary circle. Just a novice...

    Confusing poem. It sounds like you are trying to find yourself, but can't. Try to make your subject more focussed.

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
