I Am & I can

I Am & I Can

I am a Queen Sized woman,
fearfully and wonderfully made by I Am, the creator and sculptor of me
How did I come to be?
I’m a germinated, cultivated and mutated seed descended from the strange fruit which once hung from southern trees
Kissed by the sun, in all my splendor,
Ripened, chosen and set aside,
I am a plum in a bowl of grapes type of woman
Endowed by I Am with more than enough,
Do I think I’m all that?
Indeed, I am all that I Am has made me, that is:
I am a Queen Sized woman
A wall of fire that shields the ones I love,
faced with much adversity, but strong and resilient
built to bounce back, again, and again
I am a Queen Sized woman, with a queen’s heart
a loving, caring and nurturing type of woman
a peace in the midst of your life storm type of woman
a wrap you in love and keep you warm type of woman
a make you laugh, when you want to cry type of woman
a love you till the day I die type of woman
a lay your weary head upon my breast type of woman
a do my best and outshine the rest type of woman

I am a Queen Sized woman,
mother of a man child, the prince of my heart
a daughter, a sister, a friend
loved beyond measure,
and still an undiscovered treasure
strategically hidden in plain sight by I Am,
to be discovered by a king He finds worthy of the woman I am

I am a Queen Sized woman, in love with potential,
engaged to promise, married to commitment,
pregnant with possibilities, laboring for strength,
and in I Am’s timing, from my belly shall flow rivers of living water
which will make manifest, greatness
whatever I must be, I am
whatever I must do, I can
I am, and I can,
I am, and I can, because I Am and I can
