I am Isabella

I am Isabella

I am a mythologist.

I wonder if I could fly.

I hear music.

I see people.

I want a dog.

I am Isabella.

I pretend to be a singer.

I fell happy most of the time.

I touch my toys.

I worry about my mom when she is sad.

I cry when I get hurt.

I am Isabella.

I understand my friends.

I say “don’t be sad” to my mom.

I dream that I am an artist.

I try to do good work.

I hope to live to be 1,000 years old.

I am Isabella.

In your mind, you can do anything. put it down on paper and be amazed. For your age, your writing amazes me. You have excellant potentials to be a good writer. Keep up with it girl.......

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
