I Wish You Enough

I Wish You Enough
I found the first 20% of this unsigned poem. I was inspired to expand it to this. I hope you enjoy it.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough cloudy days to appreciate the sun.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough uncertainty and confusion to know clarity when you feel it

I wish you enough conflict to enable you to know the value of peace

I wish for you to be lead with wisdom to set a standard for the time when you must take the helm

I wish for you enough honesty in your life to understand the destruction of deception

I wish you enough tenderness to add resiliency to your strength

I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest joys in life reveal their worth.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish for you enough 'Hellos' to get you through the final 'Good-bye'.

I wish for you to know enough indifference that you cherish love above all else

I wish for you luck throughout your lifetime, and enough self pride and self responsibility to never depend upon luck, and to know that the fulfillment of wishes require action, commitment, and character

good write, but i must say that it is somewhat untrue, in my opinion, " wish you enough pain so that even the smallest joys in life reveal their worth." my life is so full of pain that i can truly not remember any detailed moments of joy, which is why i write so that i can try to enjoy and remember them

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
