I write because I can’t tell you how I how feel
My riddles and symbols I put there
I string letters to entice you
I place punctuation to shake you
I pull you from left to right
I bring the past from the grave
I shade you with a hopeful future
I throw love with tired fist
My words are stepped at a pace to draw you eyes

I write because this is how you make me feel
