If ever I say Goodbye

If ever I say Goodbye

If ever I say goodbye don't cry
Just listen and in the wind my voice you'll hear
Reach out touch the rain and my tears you'll feel
Close your eyes dream a dream and me you shall see
If ever I say goodbye touch your heart there ill always be
don't fear cause I'm always near

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
